I live so close to it, it is almost criminal to not have already made my way across the river to the sunny and very delicious Italy. This year though, I have been thinking about visiting Italy, primarily Southern Italy. Maybe I should go with people in the know, like the good folks at Page & moy who specialises in Italy tours .

They offer amazing deals in escorted tours to Italy, perfect for Italy beginners like myself and bacon. Yup, bacon had also not been to Italy….even though he had lived so close to it all his life. I have no idea why, his dad is a big fan of Italy and makes it a near-annnual pilgrimage to Italy. He usually goes in an escorted tour group as well, and I seem to remember that one year he did actually go with Page and Moy – and have nothing other that a good word for their itinerary, efficency and professionalism. It is really important to go with someone that you trust – with tour companies shutting down left right and centre, there is no time than the present to be safe!

Not only that, with escorted tours, you now exactly what you’re paying for, rather than being stuck at the airport trying to sort out transportation and accomodation!

A pre-Christmas present from bacon as the compaq has decided to die on us. I’ve really missed my old purple Dell inspiron laptops which had literally burned out (I accidentally burnt it with a lightbulb)

Meet the blossoms design. Reminisice of my old Y2k inspiron, this spanking new design is shiny and pretty. Not to mention purple! As a person, I don’t really like the color purple as it looks horrible on my clothes-wise, so it’s pretty strange that my laptops are all in purple!

See how even the wallpaper is the same design as the cover!! How matching! Yes I know, how girly.

Not had time to play around with it yet as I’ve just got back to work to find it in my postbox, but aesthetics wise, oh-so-pretty!!! I am a lifelong Dell lover, and I believe that this new addition will meet my expectations.

cons: It only comes with Vista, and its a pain in the ass!!!

It seems odd to be going back to normal box spring mattresses whenever we have to sleep in a different bed. Initially it seems odd that we are not bouncing…if you know what I mean. Instead of bouncing we jsut seems to sink; and it sometimes feels so hard to get out of bed. It still is, I just stay in bed now ;)
