Living in the UK, I am very lucky to be included in the europe wide health travel insurance scheme that is part of the EU agreement that makes this such a great arrangement. However, you are still very limited to certain treatments, and you would still have to pay for most of your treatments other than the most immediate live threatening ones. Which is not good. The last thing that you want to worry about whilst having a broken leg is how to get home…so maybe you should really be prepared with some value for money insurance quote

tuxedo

when bacon was looking for a sharp looking tuxedo for one of this ‘award’ night, we initially wanted to rent something – as a tuxedo is not something one would wear on a day to day basis (unless you’re a maitre’d or a waiter!) However, after doing the rounds in wedding shops and the such, we realised that the rental cost of a tux is actually nearly as expensive as purchasing the tux itself. If you consider the fact that you get to keep it, you would only need to wear your tux three times to make it worth your while purchasing instead of renting shiny cheap looking suits that had been worn by 20 other sweaty stinky men!

If you have issues with your lungs or problems with your breathing, you might want to consider the advantages of purchasing your very own spirometer. It helps measures the amount of air that is taken in and expunged by your lungs, effectively measuring the respiration flow rates of your lungs over a period of time. You could also think of it like a pulse measure, but for your lungs instead of the amount of blood pumped into your system by your heart.

If you own a hot tub, you must really purchase a good quality hot tub covers to go with it. Not only does it keep the heat in and therefore saving you electricity, you are being green by ’saving’ up on your carbon footprints required to heat your tub; a good tight fitting cover also will keep all the creepy crawlies out of your lovely soaking tub.

You know how some guys can get to wound up on owning the perfect home theater seating? Especially those movie geeks who are the proud owner of rows and rows of dvds in their house? I never really get the point of it all…a tv is a tv is a tv…and so are speakers. However, once you’ve actually experienced a top of the range surround sound speakers – well, there really is no way back and it all makes sense!
