Been quiet on the job-front this time around due to activities around #me2sydney (by the way, after so many weeks of activities I feel that I will be buying myself a ticket to Sydney sooner rather than later!!). All this plotting, blogging, videoing and making stuff has got me hankering to return in the very, very near future..

You might have noticed a lack of my usual brand of too-much-information posts lately (with exception of #me2sydney news) – well, that cause I’ve been busy preparing on the job front! Had two interviews last week, and one again this week; well tomorrow. It’s a 4 hour journey down to Bristol for me tomorrow…and back again after lunch. Shame it is going to be a quick one as I’ve never been to Bristol – apparently the office building is on the riverside and some people actually PADDLE to work! No, not planning to move down south (very very tempting, if not for bacon’s inability to live further than 2 sq miles from the place he was born) for work, just the interview’s there. Very interesting high-flying (literally – job applicants to live in airports & train stations) role, I am very nervous ableit excited.

The good part is, I found out today that I have been assigned another role in the company’s ‘new’ structure, which means I have STILL have a job! Wee! Good news on that, so anything else on top of this will be a bonus. I won’t be doing any more programing in my new role, but it’s ok – I’m glad to have had experience in so many different areas which enabled me to take on vastly different roles. So pleased with that; which means I’ll probably be more relaxed on tomorrow’s outcome = more chilled out = ability to answer questions . I think. Anyway…wish me luck on my interview for the job!
