With dreary weather comes extreme measures. The unexpected early onset of winter has got me more than slightly agitated. The cold winds has made my long locks limp, and I am shedding more than my cat. Short black hair = cat. Long black hair = me. We’re literally clumping the vacuum.
So a long-delayed trip to Mr Sassoon was booked, and I came back looking like this:
To be honest, I don’t really like it. Faye, who was my hairdresser at Vidal Sassoon, was quite wary of chopping my locks off, trying to persuade me to keep it. I think some hairdressers are just afraid of making you cry especially when you’re going from having really long hair to short locks. I also feel that this is not as ‘shapely’ as my last cut at vidal sasson, but I did not like it the last time as well. But I do feel about 10 times lighter than before the chop, and it takes me about 10% of the time that it used to take when I had to wash and blow my hair.

i love it! you look nice and chic..:))))
nowadays very ‘heng’ this type of cut.. i also wanna try but you know my stupid hair always curl out on its own.. so quite risky..
With all due respect-and the caveat that to really tell I would have to see you in person- I think the short hair looks good on you and is good match with your facial shape. Plus it makes you look young and eager.
Not like that was a problem- I wish I was your age again, knowing what I know now! Enjoy it while it lasts my friend……………

magges/reen: Yeah I think it would have been nicer if it was sharper. This is why I won’t be going back to that woman – always have a man (preferably gay!) cut your hair! I’m starting to hate it now because I know she could have done SO much better! I guess it serves me right for going 45mins before closing time..
dree: I was feeling too much like my age, thus the haircut. With long hair I do sometimes feel very old…seeing that I always tie it up anyway.Not one of those to flip my hair all day

Eh not bad. The length is slimming and compliments your shape as Skippy said.
I did not mean it dirty-but the dirty meaning has me excited!
I just meant that it provides a classy look-and makes your eyes look bright.
Now if you’ll excuse me, I’ve got to go take a cold shower.

summersby: I always think that guys are better at haircut. It might be something that’s hardwired.Don’t mean to be racist or anything. Now I will make sure that I don’t return to women ever again.
