I must say that this is probably the first time I was actually caught in falling snow for at least 6 years – since Shaver Lake @ California anyway. Even though it was freezing, uncomfortable and the snow tends to melt away like, well, snow and leave wet patches on your coat, it was still really fun. As much fun as walking into work is.
Contrary to popular belief, it does not snow often here which adds to the magical child-like amusement. You’d be lucky if you get three days worth of snow in a year. Which is probably a good thing, I would not be amused if I was constantly wading through snow and sluice. It is amazingly slippery when the snow melts, and I nearly fell twice in my 5 minute walk.
Pixs to be uploaded later, although I must say there is not much to see as it only started snowing this morning therefore it has not settled for that snow topped leaves look.

Walking to the bus stop – in case the snow stops and there’s no more!!

Snowstorm @ leeds – looks more like flecks of dust dont it?

Snowflake on my glove – no, it does not come in pretty lacey patterns

Just getting into work after trampling my way through the pelting snow

Snow! I love snow. Not when it’s melting. I hope it’ll be snowing when I go to Scandi again in March this year. Is it still snowing there Mili?
