Hey Mili, you are indeed a great chef by the looks of it and I am sure Simon is pleased to have new intriguing recipes for tea! I am such a boring cook…..must learn from you eh? I am hopeless at cooking chinese/malaysian dishes, need to learn from my mom when we are home next. I agree abt the depressing weather….. I am still trying to picture you in your costume, you should keep that tradition alive and go trick or treating!

mavis: hmm…I don’t know about that; but I had definately improved from last year, and that was one of my resolutions .I think its being unafraid to try everything at least once, you know?

And of course sometimes it fails, but you never read about it here…like bacon’s fatfree cake that looks and tasted like a brick, we had a slice and the rest went in the bin. Inggredients include pear,grapefruit,apple and a variety of other crap

Skipps: That was bloody innovative! OMG I can’t wait to have kids now…hahahahaah!Or I can just borrow one to bring trick or treating with a brandy sniffer.

I wonder what does the shinjuku girls do for halloween, dress up in a straight laced suit?

When my kids were young I used to take a beer or a shot glass with me and hold it out when the kids said “Trick or Treat”. Most parents never got the joke. But usually enough did so I could come home with a buzz on……………….

Over here, they don’t trick or treat except on the American military bases. They bring hordes of Japanses kids in whose Moms are friends with Americans. Me? I always wanted to dress up and go down to Roppongi to one of the Gaijin bars. Sadly I never made it for Halloween.

you must be asleep, blind or have really bad taste..hahahahah!

Due to the in-between tempreture, I have had the same vampire costume for all three years I was there – and it’s always with black trousers and a prim long sleeve shirt

Did I have the teeth? I know I had the white makeup thing.
